Our Custom Design Process

Discover

Our initial discovery call will cover various topics, including concepts, recipients, themes, custom branding, quantities, pricing, and timelines.

Proposal

After the discovery call, you will receive a proposal with an initial gift design concept for your review and adjustments.

03.

Approval

You’ll approve the final gift design concept, sign our service agreement, and pay the invoice.

04.

Shipment

We will order products, packaging, and custom branding materials, then assemble and ship the gifts.
