PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of the products we carry, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your gifts.

Our curated/custom-designed gifts will not include alcohol but may contain non-alcoholic beverages, food products, or candy.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Please note that you are ordering items sensitive to temperature and melting at your own risk. Live Love Blume cannot guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery.
CUSTOMIZATION
All customizable items (e.g., personalized gift tag or sticker templates, uploaded documents, custom printing) included in an order will be printed exactly as the customer submits them. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submissions are correct. LIVE LOVE BLUME LLC is not responsible for misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or any other inaccuracies in customer submissions.
RETURN POLICY
All orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order is unsatisfactory, please email us at hello@liveloveblume.com for assistance within 48 hours of delivery.
DELIVERY SERVICES
We ship within the United States and deliver to locations in Georgia, including Valdosta, Hahira, Tifton, and Thomasville, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that delivery fees will apply. Gifts will be delivered and signed for by the designated point of contact at the hotel or venue. This person assumes responsibility for the gifts and ensures their distribution. No refunds will be given for unreceived gifts. Please be aware of the hotel or venue's gift policies and fees. It is recommended that gift delivery be scheduled at least one week before the event.
EARNINGS
Our company makes no income/financial claims nor guarantees of any kind regarding the potential income generated through our website, communications, or your participation in purchasing any of our products. Past results presented on the website are not an indication of or promise of your results. There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using any of our materials, and your revenue is dependent solely on you and your actions or non-actions.
